 Q : What is the rental rate include?

A : The rental rate include with 2 helmets, raincoat, and insurance, and also delivery and pick up service at Hotel only in Ubud area. Minimum for 3 days rent for delivery and pick up service at Hotel.

Q : What is the insurance cover?

A : The insurance only cover our scooter, not for the renter or third party / other vehicle or pedestrian or any things that problem by renter will be renter responsibility.

Q : How if the scooter accident or stolen?

A : The renter have to responsibility with the scooter to pay up to maximum USD. 200.00 for scooter 110cc/125cc, USD. 350.00 for scooter 150cc

Q : How if u have problem with the flat tire?

A : The renter have to repair it. That’s why, when you recieve the scooter you have to check the tires, brakes, and also the lightning. So don’t accep the scooter if the tires in the bad condition.

Q : Where i can fix when i have flat tires?

A : There is many place normaly for fixing the flat tires. Normaly you can see on the side road. You can fix in mechanic if you far from ubud. And if you in ubud area we can help you in our working Hours. And i thing you have to know, Normaly the scooter repaire shop only open until 5 pm only.

Q : What is required to make the contract for renting the scooter?

A: We need copy of your passport , And international driving license, if you don’t have the copy, we accept the foto/image of your passport and driving License.
